Driving Test / Express Test Packs and Overseas Licence Conversions Packs Terms and Conditions
- Express licence and drive tests packs are not refundable or transferable.
- Available to learner permits holders and overseas licence conversions.
- One 60min lesson must be completed on the day of and just before the driving test unless otherwise agreed upon with/by the instructor. For 90 minute Drive test pack, 90 minute lesson must be completed 0n the day of and just before the driving test unless otherwise agreed upon with/by the instructor.
- Weekends permitted.
- Test packs exclude all Vic Roads fees.
- All express test packages purchased online are valid for 12 months from purchase date must be activated within 12 months. Cannot be used past expiry date. To be used Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm. Not to be used on public holidays.
- Drivers must have all their documentation including learner permits and hazard perception tests valid and up to date before test date.
- Overseas licence holders must have all documents translated by the proper authorities and must have all identification with them on the day of the driving test, full fees will still apply if driving test is not conducted because of lack of documentation.
- Booking dates and times may vary instructor's availability, confirmation of booking will be given once the instructor in your area has contacted you.
- Lessons from packs which are cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are deducted from the total amount of the lesson packs purchased.
- Drive test rescheduling or cancellation requires 48 hours' notice or more otherwise full fees may apply.
- Packages purchased by error can be refunded within 7 days from purchase. A $10 administration fee applies (taken from refund).
- Packages purchased online which have not expired and have not yet commenced may be cancelled. A cancellation of service fee equalling 20% of the total package cost is taken from the refund amount.
