Terms and Conditions
1.The 60min lesson can be completed on a seperate day to the assessment or on the same day of the assessment, as agreed upon with instructor.
2.This pack excludes all OT fees.
3.Package must be activated within 12 months. Once activated must be completed within 4 months from the first lesson.
4.Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm. Not to be used on public holidays.
5.Lessons from packs which are cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are deducted from the pack.
6. Assessment rescheduling or cancellation requires 48 hours notice or more, otherwise full fees may apply.
